Joining an External Incident

Instructions for mutual aid partners to access tactical data.
Steps: 

1. Navigate to the Sidebar in your NexusConnect dashboard.

2. Click the [Claim Access] button.
3. Enter the 6-digit access code provided by the Incident Commander.
4. Once validated, the incident dashboard will load, providing access to authorized maps, rosters, and data layers.

Note: Access is time-limited and secured via encryption to maintain data isolation.
